If you are a budget-conscious consumer, we do not believe you will find a better value in our market. Our Pricing Strategy is extended-stay. We offer fantastic weekly rates and limited nightly rates.
Location
We are in the center of Wilmington and New Hanover County near the airport and downtown. Our fantastic neighborhood consists of the YMCA adjoining our campus to the South and West. To our East is South 29 th Street which travels towards the lovely Forest Hills Neighborhood of Wilmington. Our property fronts Market Street which is the major corridor to the City traveling East and West as State Highway Business 17. This location provides us with a Wilmington Wave Transit Bus # 108 available at 42 minutes after the hour / every hour with stops at Costco, Target, Walmart, Food Lion, and the Post Office.
Accommodations
We offer 113 exterior corridor private efficiency suites in four buildings on a 4-acre campus with ample green space and parking. Premium cable television with wireless internet and free local calls are included. Each Suite has a shower/tub combination, refrigerator, and microwave. All Efficiency Units have self-controlled heating and air conditioning units with thermostats. We also offer ice machines, vending machines, and washing machines. On-site management is available 24 hours / 7 days a week.
